I'm passionate about keeping applications running smoothly through proactive monitoring, rapid incident resolution, and data-driven problem solving.
Hello! I'm a passionate application support professional focused on incident resolution, system monitoring, and keeping critical systems reliable.
I specialize in application support and incident management, handling everything from individual user issues to company-wide system outages using tools like DataDog, Salesforce, SQL, and Python.
My approach combines proactive monitoring with rapid troubleshooting to ensure critical business applications stay reliable and performant when organizations need them most.
I'm passionate about the impact reliable systems have on business success, whether it's ensuring seamless transactions, protecting data integrity, or maintaining uptime during critical operations, I'm driven by environments where technical precision directly influences outcomes that matter.
Here are some of my recent works.
A distributed real-time banking platform processing 10,000+ transactions per second using Apache Kafka for event streaming and Apache Spark for distributed fraud detection. Implements modular architecture with three operational modes demonstrating evolution from file-based to production-ready streaming, achieving less than 100ms latency and 35% memory optimization through sliding window implementation.
Built a hybrid movie recommendation engine using Hadoop MapReduce and Python (mrjob) that combines content-based filtering (TF-IDF genre similarity) and collaborative filtering (user co-occurrence patterns) on the MovieLens 100K dataset. Implemented three parallel MapReduce pipelines to generate personalized recommendations for 671 users across 9,125 movies. Developed an interactive cinema-themed web demo with genre filtering and real-time method comparison.
A lightweight Blockchain-powered Supply Chain Tracker Web App built using Python and Flask. Tracks batch ownership, transfers, concerns, and maintains an immutable append-only ledger with full auditability and role-based access control.
PyRedis is a lightweight, persistent key-value store written in Python, designed to simulate Redis-like functionality for learning, local development, or prototyping purposes.
Engineered a fully functional Amazon-inspired e-commerce platform implementing responsive design principles and interactive UI components.
A full-featured online shopping platform with user authentication, product management, and payment integration.
Technologies and tools I use to deliver reliable application support and solutions.
Knowledge foundations that power my technical expertise and creative problem-solving approach.
Completed a comprehensive Master's in Applied Computing, focusing on advanced algorithms, data science, and software engineering principles. The program blended theoretical computer science with practical applications, enhancing my ability to develop innovative technical solutions. Coursework included machine learning, distributed systems, and advanced database architecture, culminating in a capstone project that addressed real-world computing challenges.
Earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a solid foundation in programming fundamentals, data structures, and systems design. The curriculum balanced theoretical principles with hands-on technical implementation across various domains including software development, computer architecture, and networking. Participated in collaborative projects that strengthened my problem-solving abilities and established the technical groundwork for my professional development.
